A funny thing is happening. Every time I post an article, I lose a few subscribers. I love you all, I really do, and I’m not sure the origin story of everyone. And, also, sometimes our needs change.
So, let’s reset.

I’ll be sad if you step away. Also, sometimes we know people for a season, and that season ends, and the chapter must end with it. And that’s okay.
The Reset
Now that we’ve reset, let’s take a look at what you get here.
I want generative conversations, so we are working on elevating our thoughts. So that we are elevating our ideas. So that we are bringing in new and different ways of thinking so we can truly solve the problems of our world.
And I put some containers around how we have conversations.

So, a reminder! Let’s review the membership tiers I’ve created. So far, in trying to establish some pattern in writing, I’ve only published articles in the free realm. But, if you want to participate in the discussions, you have to be a paid member. I do this to have some guard rails on commenting - in the hopes that one day I’ll have a wide audience and need to moderate comments.

Grounding in Tiers
I set up groups like the Facebook Group and WhatsApp channel to hold space for discussion. When I look at our world, I see us so entrenched in our beliefs that we forget at our core we are all human and we all need connection. In order to make the changes our world demands, I believe we need deeper connections to one another. And, it has to be in a space where we expect some boundaries and generative conflict.
Finishing Up
If you’re with me so far, fantastic. I hope you continue on this journey. I also believe that we must speak about our values and our beliefs to other people. I believe we have more in common than not, but we’ve been so conditioned to talk about the differences and fighting over crumbs and being occupied by the hamster wheel of late-stage capitalism… it’s hard to have the grace and patience to hold those conversations. We must interrupt our normal thought patterns. We must examine our thoughts. And, I’m offering that we do this together.
